These ranks are permanent reward tiers which provide purely cosmetic perks for supporting the server. You can upgrade from one rank to another at any time just by paying the difference.
If you see that all higher ranks are “on sale” after you have purchased a rank, that is the store discounting the price of your current rank so you can upgrade.
